It was his first day at college orientation, thousands on miles from home, and Andrew couldn’t pay attention to anything. Accept for a beautiful girl he had to talk to. There was no way he could leave orientation without meeting her. It was the best decision he ever made. When you see Chelsea you’ll know why. She’s breath taking. An embodiment of style and class. She’s beautiful to photograph. I couldn’t have been more lucky to be a part of their wedding day in Grand Rapids this weekend.
Chelsea and Andrew booked me online and I had the chance to meet up with them a couple days before. They are so easy to get along with, it was like we’d already been friends for years! I loved every minute of their wedding.
I loved this moment when Chelsea’s dad saw her in the dress.
St. Andrew’s Cathedral in downtown Grand Rapids, is beautiful and fill of natural light.
Chelsea predicted Andrew might cry. It was adorable.
My angle.
My assistants Katie’s angle.
Beautiful flowers from J’s Fresh Flower Market.
Stunning. I have no words.
Chelsea’s dad gave a heartfelt toast about how he prayed for a mate for his daughter. He knew that somewhere out there was another perfect child for his little girl. When Chelsea found Andrew, he knew Andrew was the one he had prayed for. Oh, total girly moment and I teared up behind the camera. Love!
Chelsea and Andrew I can’t thank you enough! Enjoy Costa Rica and drink plenty of fruity drinks with umbrellas for me.
